The Director General of the Opomulero Group, Hon. Olasupo Olakunori Michael, has stated that as Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa marks one year in office, the people of Ondo State remain united in prayers and unwavering support for the successful completion of his constitutional tenure, even as legal matters concerning his second term in office remain pending.


According to the DG, the ongoing court proceedings have not diminished the people’s confidence in the governor’s leadership.

Instead, the citizens are increasingly hopeful and are collectively praying for a favorable outcome that will affirm his mandate and allow him to continue delivering the dividends of democracy across the state.

The people of Ondo State are focused on supporting Governor Aiyedatiwa in completing his tenure successfully. While the legal matter is still pending, their prayers and goodwill are unwavering, reflecting their belief in his leadership and commitment to progress,” he stated.


Hon. Olakunori emphasized that Ondo people are politically conscious and respectful of due process, trusting the judiciary to resolve the matter appropriately.

He urged all political stakeholders to remain patient, maintain unity, and focus on governance and development rather than engaging in divisive or premature political calculations.

The Opomulero Group reaffirmed its commitment to mobilizing grassroots support, promoting cohesion within the All Progressives Congress, and ensuring that the Aiyedatiwa administration continues to serve the people effectively.
