The Director General of the Opomulero Group, Hon. Olasupo Olakunori Michael, has reiterated that the political and legal standing of Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa remains firmly intact, confirming his eligibility to re-contest in the forthcoming elections.
Addressing state leaders and party faithful during a recent gathering, Hon. Olakunori emphasized that there is no constitutional or legal barrier preventing Aiyedatiwa from seeking a return ticket.
According to him, the Governor has demonstrated exemplary leadership and has continually met all statutory requirements necessary to qualify for another term.
“The facts are clear. Governor Aiyedatiwa’s record speaks for itself. His service to Ondo State has been commendable, and both the law and the people support his right to seek re-election,” the DG stated.
Hon. Olakunori further urged all stakeholders and party members to unite behind the Governor, noting that any attempt to question his eligibility is purely political and without merit. He expressed confidence that the Governor’s re-election bid will receive widespread support, given his achievements and commitment to the welfare of the people.
The Opomulero Group, under his leadership, reaffirmed its commitment to mobilizing support for Aiyedatiwa’s continued leadership, emphasizing the need for stability and progressive governance in Ondo State.
