The Director General of the Opomulero Movement, Hon. Olasupo Olakunori, has commended the Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for his ongoing senatorial tours, describing them as a clear demonstration of inclusive leadership and a strong commitment to party unity.
Hon. Olakunori noted that the Governor’s engagements across the senatorial districts have not only brought government closer to the people but have also shown a genuine spirit of carrying all aspirants and stakeholders along in the political process. According to him, this approach is a reflection of maturity, foresight, and a deep understanding of democratic leadership.
He further emphasized that the move by party leaders to work towards consensus among aspirants is a welcome development, capable of strengthening the party’s structure and ensuring stability ahead of future political engagements. He described consensus-building as a strategic tool that promotes harmony, reduces internal friction, and positions the party for overwhelming success.
“Governor Aiyedatiwa has once again proven that leadership is about inclusion, consultation, and unity. His senatorial tours are not just political activities but a deliberate effort to foster cohesion and ensure that no stakeholder is left behind,” Olakunori stated.
The DG Opomulero urged all aspirants and party faithful to embrace this spirit of unity and align with the leadership direction of the Governor, stressing that collective interest must always supersede individual ambitions.
