The Director General of the Opomulero Group, Hon. Equally commendable is the approval of counterpart funding for the Owena Urban Water Scheme. Access to clean and potable water is a basic necessity, and Governor Aiyedatiwa deserves praise for ensuring that this vital project is completed for the benefit of residents across the state.
The conversion of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, to Rufus Giwa University of Agriculture, Science and Technology is another visionary decision that will expand educational opportunities, promote research, drive agricultural innovation and create new opportunities for young people.
The ratification of 21 infrastructure projects across different local government areas further confirms that Governor Aiyedatiwa is committed to inclusive development, ensuring that no part of Ondo State is left behind.
DG Opomulero notes that these strategic approvals are clear evidence that the Governor is fulfilling his campaign promises through purposeful governance rather than political rhetoric. The administration continues to prioritize projects with long-term economic and social benefits for the people.
